FAQs
How do I hang my print?
For canvas prints larger than 36 inches, the Wall Hanging System offers a robust hanging solution, ensuring a stable display and minimizing the risk of accidental displacement. Smaller canvases come with the Standard Wall Mount.
What printing technology and materials do you use?
We produce giclee prints using durable pigment-based UV inks that resist scratches, abrasions, and fading. These inks are also metal-free, including nickel. The canvas material we use is 100% polyester, ensuring it does not release any Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs).
How do I clean my print?
Our canvases are highly durable and designed to resist scratches, smudges, and fingerprints. For routine maintenance, simply dust the canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and requires deeper cleaning you may cautiously use a damp cloth.
How are the canvases packaged?
We have custom-designed packaging to ensure the safe shipment of your canvas. Canvases are either securely placed in the center of the box enclosed in a plastic bag to prevent moisture infiltration, or shrink-wrapped to a pad to prevent any movement during transportation.
Does the edge of the picture get lost when you frame it?
No, this does not happen. The image will be visible in its entirety. The content will be reflected individually on the edges of the frame, nothing will be taken away from the image. The edges are folded back on the sides of the image by the reflection, this is the standard procedure we use in all cases. In this way, the edges of your canvas will not remain white.
